Sunday, August 28th, 2005 at 6:00 pm our 1967 RS Camaro convertible was stolen.
It was last seen headed east on highway #3 from Simcoe, Ontario, Canada.
The car was a 1967 RS Camero convertible. It was painted red with a black band around the nose. It also had a black roof and black interior. It also has chrome Weld Prostar wheels on it which are the five spoke triangle shape. Not the ones in the picture.
The license plate number was ANRZ 498.
If we are able to post a notice we would greatly appreciate it. As you can imagine our car was a family project which was well cared for and loved.

Someone stole my 1969 Camaro (clone Z/28 ) V.I.N. is 124379n628884 out of my locked garage during the week of 15 to 20th August 2005. The car is G.M. Bright Red with a black interior consisting of 2 racing bucket seats(RCI) racing seatbelts and an original restored rear seat. The entire interior is re-done.
There are 2 Autometer guages on the driver side cowl and 2 more inside the car, including a 5 inch monster tach with shift pro-light and oil-pressure prolight. This car has a Hurst Quarterstick shifter with a TH-350 tranny. The engine is a 350 with an Edelbrock Victor jr. intake and Edelbrock carb. I also installed an MSD 6AL ignition and electronic distributor.There are Hooker Competition headers coupled to 2.5 inch Flowmaster mufflers.
The front end is fiberglass with a liftoff hood fastened with Dzus fastners. The trunk lid is also fiberglass and also a liftoff style with Dzus fastners. The car has welded on homemade frame connectors. It also has a 12-bolt posi differential with 4:10 gears. The car has a standard front end but has RS style back-up lights.Please let me know if you see this car.

I just came across your site and wanted to add my information regarding my STOLEN 1970 1/2 Camaro Z/28 RS. My car was stolen several years ago when I was living in NY.I'm not sure if other victims of stolen vehicles are aware of this but when I contacted the N.Y. DMV concerning the information regarding my stolen vehicle and VIN they stated to me that they only keep that information in their system(database) for seven years, therefore the vehicle could be re-registered after that time had expired. I was also told that each state's DMV is not networked together which is also very unfortunate. They did run the VIN for me but did not have any record on it. I was told that I would have to contact each DMV office in the other 49 states to check the VIN, I haven't started that effort yet.

The car (1970 1/2 Camaro Z/28 RS) was stolen in Woodbury, N.Y. A year long ground up restoration was just completed prior to it being stolen, (like new condition). The car was Bright Red with two (stock) Black racing stripes, black deluxe interior, small rear spoiler, split front bumper (RS), 350/360 LTI, w/4spd Muncie M22, 3.73 12 Bolt Rearend Gears. The insurance company did not cover the theft, it was a total loss to me. I have pictures, registration and keys to this vehicle. If you see this car at a Car Show or in a Car Club please inform the authorities immediately, I don't believe that this car made it to a chop shop(Police Concurred). It was a very hard time for me when it was stolen I had spent an entire year restoring it and it was my only car. My heart and soul was in that car, I know in my heart that it was not stripped but sent somewhere else, it was to rare. And, it might just be out there making the show circuit or sitting in someone's garage.

Club members, I am the former owner of a bright yellow 1980 Z28 that was stolen from the Sunoco station at the intersection of Telegraph and west 11 mile road (also known as Franklin) just south of I-696 in Southfield Michigan.
The car had been at the station since Saturday August 21 - I was heading towards the Woodward dream cruise when I broke a tie-rod and it was towed to the station. The vehicle was not drivable since it had the temporary spare on it and a broken tie-rod. So while waiting for a couple of front-end suspension parts someone pulled up with a flat bed and stole the vehicle sometime early Thursday morning August 26 (between midnight and 7 AM).
I guess that all I am asking is for anyone to please let me know if you come across any information such as parts for sale, etc. The car is bright yellow with the red tri-color stripes, black interior, black N90 5 spoke wheels, black cloth interior, 350 V-8 4 bbl, turbo 350 auto trans, 3.42 posi rear end.

This was a fresh restoration from J.B. Performance Ltd. in Nanaimo B.C. It was waiting to be delivered to me. This was a ss rs matching numbers 396 big block car. The body color was pearl white with metalic black runway stripes. The interior was white houndstooth. It had torque thrust II wheels with 18 X 10 in the rear and 17 X 8 in the front. The entire car was completly original with the exception of the wheels and the paint colors. The vin # is 124379N522485.It was stolen June 18/2003. This car had just finished the restoration and was nicer than brand new. Even the bottom of the car was painted the same as the outside was. Please help I am out $30000.00 I appreciate all your help.

a) The car was lowered so it sits very low on the ground, and the spoiler under the front has a crack in it.
b) It has a detachable face stereo with speakers built out on posts facing backwards (and a non-working bass bin in the trunk).
c)Also in the trunk is a blue car cover.
d) There is a very small dent in the panel immediately behind the left rear wheel.
e) The drivers seat lap belt is new and doesn't match the passenger one.

It is a black with gold rims and decals(if they haven't painted it yet) 305 TPI, auto. Black interior, T tops, tinted windows, big Chevy decal on rear window, it had a novelty liscence plate from nevada reading "AREA 51", headlight and tail light covers, but on the drivers side tail light, there is a crack about 2 inches big. I'm doing this as a favor for a friend. The car is a 1968 white Camaro. The car was stolen from his apartment complex at about 19th Ave. and Glendale. The time was from around 11:30pm on Jan 18th 2001 to 10am Jan 19th 2001. The car wasn't in that great of shape but its still an inconvenience at the least. The car has some shoddy body work on the quarters, the front grille is missing, the interior is black and "shot", the engine is a brand new 350 crate engine with a four speed behind it.
The tranny has two shifters for it, one for the four forward speeds and a little shifter to the left for reverse. Any help would be appreciated guys.
