Description: Over 50K spent on restoration of this low mileage(51k), real X77 code, matching number Z28. Most of interior is original showing no signs of wear. Correct engine, trans, rear, exhaust manifolds, carb., & even smog system. Every light, buzzer, & reverse lockout works. Engine completely rebuilt (receipts), M21 trans has all new internals, as does the 373 rear. Here are some of the parts installed on the car which I have receipts for: complete poly multi leaf kit includes subframe & radiator mount bushings, upper & lower A arm bushings, trans mount, axle pad set, rear leaf mount set, tie rod ends & dust covers, ball joint boots, sway bar end link set, sway bar frame brackets, all new weatherstripping includes doors, hood, trunk, window seals, roof rails, & window felt. All new decals including cowl stamping PBT & front & rear spring stickers. Original carb. sent to Holley for rebuild ($685.00), new clock, new oil gauge, new fuel gauge, new rear view mirror & bracket, original radio rebuilt & converted to AMFM, shifter rebuilt to feel like new. Most sheet metal original except for new GM rear quarters professional installed. Beautiful base coat/clear sprayed in original color of Dusk Blue with white stripes done correctly. is this a "correct" engine? You say "matching numbers". which is it?

The engine has the correct casting numbers, correct date codes and the vin is on the block by the oil filter. Correct and matching
