Clear Title, Original 3-4 Speed Car, Rare Tuxedo Black. Only 3% of camaros produced were this color (Source-Camaros.org) This was the popular black paint used on Corvettes in 67&68.

All Panels using the acronym "NOS" in the description means they are "New Old Stock" panels. Not repops, not Originals with patches but NOS, New Old Stock. Thanks for looking out for everyone in the forum Jess67. :-)
