Re: 434 SBC with AFR 245 heads on dyno

Haven't been on here in a long time, been on YellowBullet since it's mostly drag racing. Sat out this entire year so I could get this engine built.
2013 is going to be really fun. Low 9's I'm hoping...

Re: 434 SBC with AFR 245 heads on dyno

Awesome motor, but a built up big block will not be embarrassed. Just sayin. Do not want to start a war big vs small block. I love small blocks but big cubes are tough to beat.

Re: 434 SBC with AFR 245 heads on dyno

Damn. That's crazy.

I did a sbc 406 in a 69. Never knew anything about them. Bought the 350/350 car from a guy to do an LS swap. When I ran the casting found out it a sbc 400.

Did a little research and decided to keep it. Budget built it 5.7 rods 10.1 with Alum heads and Howard flat cam. I was amazed at how well it runs
