Looking good- I've got the same combo (6.0l/4l80e) going in my '69. A few questions:
-What are you using for a harness? I've got the stock harness that I'll likely send out to be modified. Stock 04 Envoy Harness. MODIFIED! Lt1swap.com is your new friend. My harness came with the engine so it was pretty much free. I have about 8hrs cutting, soldering, repining the ecu connector so far. ECU placement is the major issue in the wiring. Lots of little things that add up, bosch injector pigtails (which i robbed from a e36 BMW harness i had) etc.. I dont knwo what it cost to have someone else do it.. but right now mine is still considered.. FREE
- Which Sanderson headers did you use, and how are the clearances? They don't list application-specific headers.
I thought i posted it here but i guess not. (protouring.com thread)

- How's the clearance on the 4l80e vs the tunnel?
I havent noticed an issue, from what ive read, you just get some 90* fittings for the transfluid lines and the lokar 36in dip stick. I did cut the "Ears" off just because everyone said so. It is needed.
