68 camaro ss with a 327 engine

Did they make a SS in 68 with a 327 engine. vo831me
looking at one to buy. What I read is that they had either a 350 or big block. Is that true?

Thanks,
Dane

Yes, that is true
They were all 350's or 396's (in Camaro's).
There were No 327-SS's in any of the years.
Go here to see engine options for SS - http://camaros.org/diffs68.shtml
The closest thing to it would be a L30/M20 - but they are not SS's ...

Hope this helps;
John

Re: 68 camaro ss with a 327 engine

The ME designates a 1967 Camaro 327-210 HP 2 bbl carb engine, not a 68. Not an SS.
