Have seen plenty in countries that drive on the left, mostly here in Australia, NZ and the UK; but have never seen one in the USA before this one. Usually the conversions are done locally after importation, and vary greatly in quality and attention to safety. The '67 and '68 dashes are easier to convert than '69s, due to the symmetry of the dash layout. Maybe that car was a prototype for GM to evaluate engineering issues for possible export markets back in the day, but who knows? Would be interesting to see vin and trim tag details..... Either way, I guess that car would really stand out as something different at car shows back in the US!
