Front Suspension Upgrade

Going to install new upper & lower control arms and coilovers in my 68' 350. It's a weekend driver/car show Camaro, not an autocrosser. Can't decide which manuf. is best. Looking for opinions on Global West vs Speed Tech vs Heidts?

Re: Front Suspension Upgrade

If it's just a weekend driver/car show Camaro, why waste all that money on tubular control arms?? IMO.

Re: Front Suspension Upgrade

After lots of research, I went with Speedtech. They are very competitively priced, have most all of the features of any other leading arm, and a few (like stainless cross shafts and optional billet ball joint covers) that others do not have. The finish is gloss powder coat, and it is very nicely done. The welds are of very high quality as well. I am using Ridetech lower control arms, and they are nice as well, but the Speedtech arms are definitely 'prettier.' Roger at Speedtech has been really great to talk to. Super-nice guy.

I'm in the process of upgrading my front suspension, and there is a picture of the Speedtech hi-clearance UCA's. I may switch to the regular UCA's because the hi-clearance versions do not have bump stops.
