Just to chime in a bit....
This is something I do hear from time to time. What happens is somebody replaces broken springs, or has brand new springs, so is causes them to sit higher. Then they put on brand new foam and it makes the problem worse. Its the combination of the springs holding you up like they should and not broken down worn out foam.
As you can see in Garfields Maro's picture, we didn't increase the actual insert's height over factory. The only changes we made were the increased height of the bolsters. Everything else is 100% factory specs.
