Smile '67 Camaro convertible

I have looked at many videos and photos in an attempt to figure out what happens in the transition in back of the back seat specifically the corners at the very top where the convertible top mounts to the frame. Both corners are completely gone. My goal is to reproduce them as close as possible to original. Would someone have photos or know where I can search to clarify this? Thanks for your help and consideration.

Jacky, are you talking about sheetmetal or the interior vinyl cover panels? Here are some random pics of that area.

Happy News Year!
Thanks for replying. Your car rocks. I hope mine looks as good when I'm done. I'm thinking of going with the burnt orange Chevy came out with and a tan interior.
As you see in the attached photo, I am not at the stage of attaching the top to the car yet. In the corner behind the door quarter there appears to be 2 pieces of sheet metal going to the trunk area that are totally missing. Wonder if you have a pic of that during the restoration? Thanks for your troubles.

Ah, yes, I think I have some pics of those parts. Give me some time to dig them up.

Re: '67 Camaro convertible

I think you are talking about the convertible 1/4 panel inner brace. I don't know of anyone making these for a 67 or 68. I had to get the ones for a 69 and use the lower portion of the piece that attaches the wheel well from my 68 that was okay. That worked perfectly. You may have to find a donor.

Re: '67 Camaro convertible

Thanks guys! From the pics you sent I think I figured out the application for my '67. If you go back to my pic, you will notice there are 2 pieces of metal heading for the corner. The lower one has the holes for the plastic gutter and the upper one seems to be a reinforcement that goes around those holes and also has the trim stick holes. Could it be only the '67 has that extra piece of reinforcement? That's what I'm thinking!
