Thought provoking question.
The later production 8000 rpm tach, sb p/s pump with deep-groove pulley, BO rear axle, AD wheels, throttle rod [male half]. Later cars [June or so] received different engine mounting hardware on the LH side. For ZL2 cars the extension is Z/28 only. When NC8 exhaust was dropped for a short time only Z/28s were built a single-muffler no resonator system. Later on they included resonators. There is a possibility Z/28s received a unique driveshaft.
SS350 did not use the UH radiator but L65s did for certain applications.
If you really want to get technical the steering knuckle, steering arm, rotor, caliper et al was received at the plant as an assembly. "With RPO Z28" is noted in the AIM with different part numbers. I believe the steering parts were shot-peened and had pink paint daubs.
