Springs and tail lights

I need to replace the tail light assemblies and rear springs on my 1978 Z28 and have a few questions. Anybody use Coil Spring Specialties of Kansas City? Which tail lights are correct for a 1978 Z, with or without the black moulding? I've seen them both ways and my car doesn't have them. Thanks, Town
