Hi there everyone! I'm finally posting an introductory post. I've been reading a lot of posts on here for awhile. There are a lot of very talented people on here.
On to my story; I purchased a 67 Firebird Convertible in August 2011 as a restoration project. Needless to say since I purchased in the North (upstate NY) there was a lot of hidden rust and some badly done repairs. My wife gave me 4 years to finish it. Well I'm in year 5 and currently working on welding in a new trunk pan. But the car did spend 2 years in storage as I made a change in jobs and moved from Upstate NY to Charlotte NC. Now that I finally have the car in a much warmer climate, I'm hoping to find more time to work on it. I look forward to catching up on other peoples project cars on here. Thank you for reading this much of the post and hi!
