Nuther New Guy

Just thought I'd say howdy from Oklahoma. Just found this site today and knew I better join up. Have a '67 Camaro that I have had for years but no time to work on it. It is a base 327ci Powerglide car w/AC and drums all around. I had the motor in the machine shop being worked over and had to deploy. When I got back the shop had gone bankrupt and my motor was gone. So I have acquired a wrecked (by my nephew) 97 pick up with a 5.7 and plan on putting the motor and tranny into the car. So I'm sure I'll have lot's of questions even after doing multiple searches on here for info.

Just a warning, you'll be asked for pictures.

Sounds like a nice project. Having A/C puts you ahead of my 69. I've been toying with installing air in mine but haven't done any thing yet. Uncle Sam was good to me in that I was in a career field that never had to go over seas. Nice to have another vet on board.
