Rally wheels were not optional for 1967.

All '67 Camaro SS had 14" x 6" wheels. A disc brake SS would have Rally Wheels coded DG.

When Chevrolet made front disc brakes available on passenger cars for 1967 the option included what became to be known as Rally Wheels. In the day they were known as "disc brake wheels." For 1968 Rally Wheels were no longer included with front disc brakes and were offered as an option.

FC would be the correct 14x6 steel wheel for drum.

William, does that mean an RS car with front discs automatically got rallys as well?

All 1967 Camaros built with front disc brakes had rally wheels.

A non-SS disc brake car would have had 14 x 5 wheels unless ordered with
14 x 6 wheels.

A non-SS disc brake car would have had 14 x 5 wheels unless ordered with
14 x 6 wheels. That is correct. The 1967 14 X 5 wheels that came on the non SS disc brake cars have a "DA" code and use the same cap and rings as the 14 X 6 "DG" wheels.
