I used a Moroso #85310 anodised aluminum one recently and painted it to get a stock looking cover with a drain plug.
Summit used to carry them for @$50 IIRC.
If your chrome cover has a drain, I would just bead-blast it and paint it the color you want to get one.

I found this one but it doesn't have a drain:

I suppose one could create a drain point in a standard cover. Shouldn't be too hard.

Or one could just loosen up the cover bolts for draining purposes. :clonk:
Here are a few Moroso covers.

Or you could have the case drilled/threaded just ahead of the flange for a 1/4 MPT drain plug

Rick's has a repo of the original that's dead on,..about $40.

Moser makes a very cool one with a drain and alan head bolts. It's pretty trick and if I'm correct Summit or maybe it's jegs copies it.

Just out of curiosity, why do you need a drain plug? Do you plan to change the dope often?
