I've installed my TKO-600 along with a set of factory reproduction pedals and linkage. I've double-checked that the linkage set I received was for a big-block.
My problem is that I have to turn the little threaded rod (that sits in the cup of the throwout arm) all the way out to its maximum length, and it still tends to to fall out if you press the pedal fast. I've got decent tension on the return spring.
I don't have a clutch stop yet on the under-dash, which is likely letting the pedal return further than designed, and will fix that shortly. Still, it seems like I'm outside of some design parameter.
Any trick here, or has anyone else run into this?
Thanks
Dave
