Just purchased my first 69 Camaro. Has 12 bolt single screw w/road gears. Looking for a used limited slip to use with the stock gears. Can you tell me any factors for making sure I get the right one? Spline count etc?

The 12 bolt has 30 spline axles. You will want an Eaton posi. These were factory installed, and also available new now.

Agree,..go Eaton for street performance.

You might call your local driveline shop,..see if they have something that's rebuilt or rebuildable,..might save you some cabbage.

Otherwise, look to spend about $400 on a new Eaton posi.
