View Full Version : got my hurst back up switch mounted and working

i found this pic a long time ago on the forums.

so i went off its idea. i drilled a hole and mounted it to the tail shaft U bolt. after a whole bunch of bending i finally got the switch to contact the shifter. I didnt cut the rest of the bracket off like in the pic above i bent it down out of the way of the tarns yoke and used it to zip tie the wires to the switch. took me a little over 2 hours because i was doing this under the car around the exhaust. IT WORKS!!!

Cool! Good work and hope the cable doesn't get tied up in the driveshaft.
