Guys,

Is there a quick way to cross reference some rear ends so I can find a 12 bolt for my 68? Local shops around here want up to $2000 for a used one. Crazy.
I saw an ad for a 66 Impala 12-bolt, but it isn't nearby and he hasn't measured it.

Just looking for some compatibiliy to make my shopping easier. Thanks!

The Impala rear end can be narrowed to fit your Camaro. I have built many Camaro and Nova rear ends using Impala housings. The housing ends need to be changed. They use the larger truck axle bearings and brakes, but Moser has the correct ends to weld on. The Impala has all of the brackets welded to the axle tubes, so they can be cut off easily and Camaro spring perches welded on. Moser also has those.
