Hello !
I deinstalled the bolts of my rear spoiler. There are four short and four longer bolts.
Uups, now I can't remember where to install the bolts => Are the longer bolts on the side to the rear window or to the tail lights ?

If there are any tricks for the installation (an easy way to mark the positions of the bolt holes) , thanks for any help !

The short ones go on the back as they are in the trunk latch area and if they were too long they would hit the taillight panel. The long ones go towards the front of the decklid

When I reinstalled mine, I pressed in some spring clips at the base of the spoiler, over the studs. I used a little epoxy to keep them from moving, and then installed a small rubber washer over the studs between the spring clips and the deck lid. Now there is no strain on the spoiler, when you tighten down the nuts. It's all on the spring clips. No more worry about the studs pulling out from the spoiler. Totally invisible.

Don't forget that the long studs get an open unt, while the short studs get an acorn nut. The holes from the original deck lid emblem should get covered with a piece of tape....I used rubber tape from auto glass shop...to prevent leaks into the trunk.
