Not to hi-jack the thread, but has I listened, I noted this comment:
"It happened so fast ..."
And that was in a race car on a track. Maybe the folks that want to race on the streets should listen to that comment. (( sorry, locally last weekend there was a pedestrian killed by street racers - guess that's still on my mind))

Street racing is bad up here. They even street race in the rain!!

Not yet, still deciding. It will hook better now than it would before. At least now there is some weight transfer, When before there was zero. I just mis judged the springs is all. It sits too high in front and I think the springs are a bit to stout.

One thing I was going to ask about is the shocks. I have 90/10's on it, I wonder if running 50/50's for a little while would help that front end settle a bit? Then when it does, return to 90/10's.

It probably wouldnt make a difference really but you could always try it. I noticed in your pic that the hood was off do you have a steel hood or fiberglass also are your heads steel or alum? Those springs are probably set up for a stock BB camaro and if you have any lightning to the front end it will still be to high after they settle. By the way I did some research and was told that varishocks are better than the QA1.

Yeah, its an iron head BBC, with no inner fenders, fiber glass hood that is seldom on it, no front bumper and lots of billet.
Who makes Varishocks?

Chris Alston chassisworks, they say it has better bushings and if installed with the correct geometry they last and work great.
