As I just posted in TECH (as I'm looking for where I could download all the required shop manuals), I just bought a 67 that is part way through a frame off restoration in Ottawa ON.

I'm looking forward to completing the car with my son and while I've swapped engines and fenders before - I've never attempted anything like this before.

I can see this site and you folks will be a great help.

welcome Neil, downloaded shop manuals I dont think you can get without paying. There are plenty of places to get them from. use the search and navigate the site and you will see plenty of opinions on the best manuals and where they got them.Oh and could you shut the fan off please? You know , the one that keeps blowing cold air down here.:D

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome.

No problem paying for the manuals - just impatient to start research. I don't get the car for a few weeks but I like to understand well ahead of tacking the job, exactly what I need to do.

As for the cold air - it's the damn Russians.

Oh - wait, can't blame them anymore can we?

I'll cruise the site and see if I can can the buy'em, download'em sites.
