I took the heater box out of my car recently and looked up at the dash pad to see why it moved around so much. It doesn't have ANY nuts holding it on....it's just sitting on the dash !! I went thru my stash of extra nuts, but couldn't find any to fit the threads.. Do these aftermarket pads have metric threaded studs ???:(

Go to local hardware store and look for pal nuts. Repo dashes I get come with nuts not correct style but they fit.

The OER dash pad doesnt come with either the nuts or the clips.

The original nuts will work on the OER pad studs. The original clips dont fit so well, but can be tweaked to fit.

im in the same boat. i need washers and nuts for my dash pad. my install is on hold because i dont have any j clips for the dash pad to screw in to. its kind of a pain insatlling an OER pad over a DSE dash. but think i can manage. may need to get crafty and use some velcrow to hold it do my dash. im also using a non AC dash pad on an AC car. i have my msd 6al box where the center vent was.

My 67 repo dash from NPD came with 10-24 or 10-32 studs and nuts can't remember which it was now. The original dash came with stamped steel thread cutting speed nuts.
