i have an autolite 7127m alternator but cant figure out where one of the wires go from the connector on the alternator. One of the wires goes to the battery terminal to the alternator but where does the other wire go...the car starts but now my blinkers don't work...maybe this could be my problem with the blinkers not working...what do you think...thanks in advance

The blinker problem is a seperate issue, try replacing tje flasher.

the other wire probably goes to the ignition switch thru the idiot light.
and just what style of alternator is an Autolite 7127m alternator?
10 SI? 12SI? CS series?
