Does anyone know the proper white paint to use for a DX or SS accent striping? Maybe a PPG cross reference #?

Hi there I have a few basic tips such as get all the info on original stripes size placement etc.Use 3M blue tape,if doing a base clear coat system put the base on then mask off stripes to be done. If you have a problem getting the stripe size correct use the size of the stripe you need to mask around so you will get the right size, then when ready to paint remove and apply your color. Double and triple check your adjoining tape and paper to make sure that there is no bleed thru, nothing is worse than doing a great stripe and having to spot in the major color because of poor masking. I have a 69Z that I bought last summer, real clean orignal cal. car but you look close at the stripes [which I did not do]and they are very sloppy, jagged edges etc.I am ether going to trade for big block or restore. As far as clear coat if you want to be fussy I would put on two coats on car then block out with 1000 and then do two more. Enjoy!
