same prep and / or repairs as a modern Urethane bumper. Local body shop should be able to help you out

The bumper is bent slightly, and was wondering if it can be fixed

Hold it up the the computer and I'll tell ya, if it can be straightened.... Sorry couldn't resist :) Pictures always help.
Talk to a GOOD bodyshop and see who straightens their bumpers for them, and have them look at it for you. if its not too bad, it may be repairable.
