IS THERE A SPECIAL TOOL TO REMOVE SPOT WELDS OTHER THAN THE DRILL?? SOUNDS LIKE A STUPID QUESTION , BUT IM NOT SURE. WHAT SIZE DRILL BIT.....???:clonk: :D

It's kinda like a holesaw. It cuts around the spot weld, leaving it attached to the lower panel. Switching from dril bit to drill bit sucks and then when you get to the biggest one you gota to push as hard as you can and after two I was wore out. gene_sc Mar 4th, 07, 01:02 PM Make sure to use a slow speed drill for the Blair cutters. I use a 1/2 air drill about 600 rpm.
