View Full Version : Full speed ahead with my 69 project
VINNYLSS572 Mar 10th, 07, 03:41 PM I finally finished building my son a Turbo Buick and now I can concentrate on my Camaro.The Chassis shop has made alot of progress including installing the new Ultralink rear suspension,tied the cage into the front chassis,installed window net,fuel cell and wheelie bars.I ordered a new Flaming River column from Summit.Update pics below:

VINNYLSS572 Mar 10th, 07, 08:01 PM I plan on the car seeing as much use on the track as on the street.I have some pics of the rear prior to the wheelie bar install.

VINNYLSS572 Mar 11th, 07, 04:30 PM The idea of the Ultralink rear suspension is that it will plant the rear tires evenly and eliminate any suspension bind.

VINNYLSS572 Mar 11th, 07, 05:45 PM The rear is a Dana 60 with 4.56 gears,Trans is a Th400 by Dynamic with a trans brake and reverse manual valve body and 9.5 4500 stall converter by Frank Lupo,engine is a ZZ572/720R See below:
