Hey friends, It was about 60* and sunny here yesterday. Am I the only kid who had their camaro out? I did also see a "General Lee" clone while I was out cruising. I am getting impatient and want to play, am I alone?

I'm getting the itch as well, was 63 here yesterday, saw a couple of C3 vette's out playing. Was under the car early today working on front suspension assembly, but I still have a LOT to do!

Yea...
I got the itch but I am not scratching yet :) Its was ony 43 here yesterday and I don't take the Camaro out under 50 degrees. We had snow only a week or so ago. Salt and sand along with pot holes everywhere. I do not take it out untill the sand and salt is washed away by atleast two major rain storms and the street sweepers have sucked up the sand. I am shooting for sometime late April middle of May. No matter what...June 1st I am out there :D

Verrrrrry itchy. Dying to drive it as a matter of fact. I actually plan to fire it up today for the first time since November. Have to move it out of the garage for a few hours while i clean up the mess. Had a water line break in my barn last night and walked out there this morning and found the floors in all 3 bays under 2 inches of water. And a lot of wet stuff.
Wont be driving it for a while though...needs to warm up 20 degrees and a lot of salt dust has to get washed off the roads.

I was a little uncertain about taking her out with the recent snow we had but needed to get her out of the garage (had to turn her around...So I told myself). It rained pretty good here friday and the roads werent to bad. She fired right up and I wanted to hear that big block, the headers and the slurping sound of the 4 barrel carb. Music to my ears.........

Yeah, I finally got to scratch the "itch" yesterday...It was a beautiful 78* outside yesterday...

Finally got to put my gas tank back in after pulling & restoring it last fall. Hearing the exhaust note of my Camaro was therapy for me...;)

I've had my 70 out most of the winter even if it was in the 20's. But I pulled the carb off to swap in a correct rebuilt Holley and I'm running into issues and leaks so I haven't driven it in 3 weeks now and I'm getting the itch.

1.Family safe & healthy
2.Weathers fine
3.Camaro running great

Nice day here in the Motor City, so I opened up the garage and fired up the 68 for the first time this year.

I really wanted to take her for a spin, but the roads are still VERY salty. :(

Soon, very soon!

Yeah, we get salt on the roads but this winter we didn't get much snow. As long as the roads are dry, I'll drive my SS396.

I started my winter projects late this year and not ready, my mind is the car isnt. Still bits of salt around so I will hurry and not miss any summer.
Thinking of the power tour in june.
