I have a 1967 Camaro, RS/SS, Convert, 350. The problem is when I turn on the headlights the dash lights for the speedometer and fuel guage go off, the turn indicator lights and high beam indicators go on as well. The heater control and radio light is fine. But the turn signals and high beams work fine when you turn them on, so Im thinking there's a problem in my dash pods?? Any help is appreciated, I'm not sure where to start??

Most likely the dash grounds. Check those first.

Check you grounds from the valve covers to the firewall also. Make sure your ground cable from the battery to the engine is good.

Here's what you (or someone) did...
The high beam indicator light is assembled in this order:
Strap from top center screw, red lens, strap from gauge pod, high beam light
Instead of this:
Red lens, strap, strap, high beam light.
You could take it all apart and put it back together red lens first, or attach a ground wire to one of the 1/4" screws that hold the dash together and attach the other end to a good ground.

The instrument panel ground Jim and others are referring to is at the top center of the instrument cluster. You'll have to remove all the instrument cluster screws so you can pull it out a couple of inches and verify the assembly JIM described.
