does anyone know if you can paint a headliner?Mine is a type of ribbed cloth it seems.It is a blue interior and has a faded to white look towards the front,I think the previous w/shield leaked.If so where would you buy the paint.I don't want to take the headliner out if I can help it.Looks like to much trouble.

I would check with your local paint store and see what they say, although I just painted 1 that was tan to black, I blew it off and painted it with some black industrial lacquer I use on everything over the years and it looks fine. I was going to replace it anyways, so I took the chance and it looks fine. The key to it is light coats.
