why when i stop would the engine timp rise to 240 degrese and then when i start moving drop to 180 degrese

please help

Because air has stopped moving through the radiator.
Most likely your fan is the problem.

Or relay control from PCM not working, relay itself bad, power to the relay for the fan power (fusible link/fuse) not present, or temp sensor for PCM, maybe. If engine fast idles when cold and idles down after warming up, this sensor may not be the problem.

Select either A/C or DEF to see if both fan(s) come on.
