can any one tell me were to find a wire diagram for the interior and engine conpartment.

Go to the Electrical and Wiring topic and browse there in the stickies at the top of the threads.

yup. The diagrams there were supplied by another member, and are very nice. They are for 69's though. 67's are similar, but not identical, particularly the dash harness has some big differences.
