I'm trying to find out what is wrong w/ my turn signals. Hazards, brakes, and running lights work. Signals just stay on. Sometimes passenger side works, but very slowly. I've got the dash apart. What makes the signals flash? If I pull out the flasher, right side flashed but the hazards didn't.

Look for the other flasher can near the column. Replace it and you should be fine.

Emergency flasher is the one in the fuse panel. The turn signal flasher is clipped to the under-dash near the ash tray.
