I can't remember if they are called bezels or not but, I am talking about the gray outer piece that installs around the headlight. My question is this. Is the bezel supposed to run back behind the grille or flush to the face of the grille? I've seen both lately and it has me curious. What is correct?

mine are black with a chrome trim piece, if i'm thinking right they screw to the headlight assembly, and that determines how deep they sit. i could be wrong. Zappo

Mine mounts in front of the grill.

Hey thanks guys, I saw another 69 with the bezels recessed the other day. Mine is not that way, but it made me curious. Guess it all depends on who installs them
