i am putting the car back together and i need to check lights,blower motor,wiper motor also adjusting my power windows so i can make sure everything is working while im waitng on my motor, is there anyway to do this without the starter and dist in car?

absolutely!
The battery cables each have a small "pigtail wire" Thes are the ones that actual power the car. The big pos cable only powers the starter.
Tape up the big terminal on the positive cable and let it hang. Hook everything else up. Everythink will work except the starter. The lil positive wire hooks to the small terminal behind the battery on the rad support.

I'm a big advocate of doing some basic continuity checks before applying power. Set your DVM on the ohms scale and check to see that the power feed isn't grounded and that all the circuits show continuity when activated. Then apply power. Could save burning up parts of your new harness.

One other bit of advice. Don't run it off a battery charger if you have anything electronic in there.
