I would like to build a body rotisere to use in my future projects. Anyone ever build one? The main thing I was thinking about was where to mount it so that it is near the center of gravity. That way it only takes one person to pivot it. What do these things cost if bought? I would guess lots of $$$
Thanks

I've seen then starting for about $500.00 A friend of mine did build one and it works great, but you need two people to rotate and its kind of a pain to get set up.

The one my brother built only takes one person to rotate. He had at least $500 into just the materials, not to mention the labor.

You can build one or buy one.
Body rotsere(s) are advertized in Hemmings Motor News. I beleive they sell for $1200.00. These unit are good. I also beleive you can buy the blueprints from then so you can build your own unit.

I built my own for about $75. You can see it in the pictures on my website. Give me a day or two and I will post the complete plans on my site.
