I have decided that this time I want to do my car better then the last time it was done.I had been away from this site for a while, but know that i'm back it's inspired me to get back to fixing up my 1969 camaro. Many of your guys' cars have helped to keep me motivated, when i see how nice they are it helps me to want to keep working to make mine nice.I'm going to pull the motor and trans this time so that i can have the engine compartment painted to match. Also am going to try and find someone who has a rotisserie in CA that would be willing to help me do the frame and underside.I have no problem paying them, but I just would like to be involved in some of the work on my car, plus i'm sure it'd be a lot more to have the paint/body shop do the same thing .It was just really unfortunate because not too long after it was painted some idiot backed into me and wiped out my quarter panel.I really don't want any bondo on my car,I don't think it really has much if any, but i guess i'll know for sure when it's stripped down. Is this a reasonable goal for my car?I believe i have a couple of parts that might be reproduction like my spoiler and maybe one fender. Well I figure it's time to ditch those and get better ones. I just was wondering where to go for the best selection for NOS body panels. Also, if anyone has any good suggestions or input regarding the process that i'm looking into, feel free to share. Thanks again.
