When they refer to "black body sill" in most reference books what are they refering to?
Also, what option code do you find the chrome rocker panel strips?

Sorry, I should have mentioned that the car I am questioning about is a 1969 RS/Z28.

The very bottom of each side of the car is painted black from the indentation at the door bottom all the way to the bottom of the sill.

Also know as the coke bottle effect (I think?).

The RS had this paint scheme.
