Not sure what happened, I was going through the gears to see if it was a 3 speed or 4 speed and it just locked up on me. The shifter is stuck in the middle of the hole, and won't go into another gear. Yes, I had the clutch fully engaged when I was shifting gears.

Any ideas on how I can get it unjammed?

most likely, it's stuck in second (on the way to third) I had this happen lots of times when I had a muncie 4 speed.

crawl underneath, and flip the second lever (from the front) on the trans to the middle position. That should free everything up.

As soon as you get a chance, check the shifter alignment by slipping a 1/4" drill bit thru the notch in the bottom of the shifter, it should easily go all the way thru, if it doesn't, you'll need to adjust one or more of the shifter rods.

I used to use a broomstick, or a jack handle if it happened on the road
