68 V8 Coupe project car.

Originally lemans blue with black standard, floor shift, factory ac (mostly there), 10 bolt, drum brakes, no motor/trans. Absolutely no rust (AZ car) and no evidence of prior accidents (quarters look good on the inside, subframe straight, etc). It's kind of ugly as it was previously painted a dark blue, doors white, interior previsouly done in ugly cloth, etc.

What is a nice (but ugly) rust free car like this worth? 5k?
