So I am about to pull the trigger on a new 350 for my 69. I need to tell the engine guy what color I want the block and what to do with the sheet metal....? I am thinking ALL chevy orange. Can you guys send me some pics of your engine so I can weigh my decision? Chrome? Black on valve covers, intake etc? There are so many options.....help?

Thanks. I like the all orange appearance...anyone with black valve covers or more black, anyone with lots of chrome - (I am leaning away from this), or anyone with aluminum look (interested in this)? I am going to have the block painted chevy orange...more concerned with the sheet metal on the engine.

This is very close to what I have...so, that looks really cool,:) but I would really like to know where you got those wire holders for the plug wires? I have been looking for something for a center bolt valve cover and that looks great!

I am using 8.5 mm wires and they will work, it just takes a little patience to make it work. I custom made the wires to keep from having excess.

These GMPP valve covers are nice in orange..
I think GM knew what looks real good all along. The colors and scheme have stood the test of time for well over 40 years.

Hey BlackoutSteve, Thats the first time I ever saw a Euro Camaro. It freaked me out for a second when I noticed the brake booster and heater box.
