I am looking for the quick way(s) to tell a 69 GM fender from a repro. I need 2 for my X44 car and rather fix 2 GM's up if needed than go thru the fighting to make the repros fit and look good, thanx!

VINTAGE CAMARO Apr 10th, 07, 11:49 PM Easiest way------ pull hood hinge, if you see the nut then it is an original, if blank metal with the nut welded out of view, it is a repro.
