What cis the correct color for hood hinges and springs for a 67 Camaro. Also, what color should the inside of fenders be for a factory appearance?

Thanks!

Hood hinges gray or black phosphate don't know on springs

I have looked into this also. The hinges and springs are the gray, as is the hood latch and striker.

...and the aprons are of a 60% gloss black.

Gray phosphate is correct for hinges hood striker, adn hood release. If you want original phosphate, rather than phosphate paint, do a search, or contact me.

I thought the springs were natural. Anyone shed additional help? JohnZ?

Hood hinge springs are also phosphated, just like the hinges.

Thanks for the info, I have seen some all black and some gray. This helps!

You can buy the factory black for the inner fenders from the Eastwood Company. I used it on my 68 and they turned out great. As far as spring and hood latches, I painted all of mine factory black. Not original, but it sure looked good. Personal preference I guess. Some like chrome, some like colors, what do you like! That's been my moto! My car, my color!

I sent mine to www.brakeboosters.com (http://www.brakeboosters.com) and they look great.

I sent my brake booster to Steve Gregori in Calif. He rebuilt and replated with the correct gold irridite. Turned out great. Are you saying you gold irridited your hood hinges?
