Thanks Judd Oct 25th, 02, 08:47 AM Picked mine up from Classic Ind. Eggshell black. I like Eastwood products but, didnīt use their dash paint. The Eggshell from Classic Ind looks really nice. ------------------ 1969, X-44, Export Model, Hugger Orange, Std. I ordered the "Black Interior" Paint from Rick's 1st Generation. I haven't done the dash yet but I have used the paint on the metal trim around the package tray. It appears to be perfect. I have not yet put any type of clear on it. I'm almost afraid to considering the paint looks just right, now. Rick O 68rs406 Oct 25th, 02, 01:40 PM i'm not a big classic ind. fan, but i got their oer dash / interior paint for my 68, med blue interior, and since i'm not trying to match existing paint but rather doing the whole thing over again, i thought it was a nice looking product. not too shiny, it covers well, and from seeing other med. blue interiors, not side by side comparisons, it looks pretty much the same. overall i'm real happy, but i'm just going for an orig. look, not a concours resto. hope that helps, good luck. |
