I recently rebuilt the power steering box on my 68 coupe, performed a wheel alignment and the steering is much better, but I have another problem. There is a squeeking noise coming from just behind the steering wheel when turning and it seems "sticky" and not self correct. It feels like the problem is upper column. Could this be a bearing issue? Any advice would be much appreciated.
