This is what it looks like right now after fixing holes. Now how would you body experts go about covering this? The brown is rustoleum primer and the red lines are where the holes were. Thanks

I have the primer, Mar-glass, 3M sealer #08656? Eastwood black/aqua spatter paint kit. Anything else?

I already know about POR but that's not an option.

Not that it would matter, but when I did the trunk I tried to smooth the floor as best I could. Then sprayed it with a gray primer, sanded it a little than applied the paint. Waited a couple of days and applied a clear coat. :D

Yeh, I know what you mean (ha ha) but I want to do more than that. I want the old and new metal sealed not just primed and painted.

I didnt use a sealer on my POR in the trunk, but I applied the splatter when the POR was still tacky. Now after 2 weeks I will clear coat the whole area, that should just about do it.
I have 2 coats of POR, first one was black and then the Gray went over that.
