And as so many members where not genuine Camaro enthusists, iy eventually collapsed....The NZ American Muscle car Club Started up around the same time, and today is very strong and good bunch of guys, and still going strong today. 2/ya'all should meet at Steptoes house he claims to be the grillin king. Yep.. see my Avatar to the left They where once the most common car on NZ roads....2 cylinder boxer, 1000cc, 3 speed, And very advanced... no water pump or fan, themosyphon so never over heats... no need for jumper leads, comes with a crank handle, door winders never break...they slide up and down Demister never breaks...rag in clove box Air conditioning.... built in gaps in the doors, and around clutch, break pedals All yr round heater....thru the floor Sovled rust issues....wooden body frame No hydrolic/cable problems....brakes etc are all rod activated No issues with side lights etc...there are none. No indicator flasher issues....popup side trafficators No speeding ticket issues...cruise nice at 45mph, top speed about 53mph, and in 30mph zones, by the time one is up to speed u are at the next intersection. No worries about loosing your car keys...no key ignition switch, turn on the switch and press the starter button www.jowettnz.sytes.net members gallery..the grey one |
