On the areas that were beneath the old vinyl top, I sanded to bare metal. Afterwards, I sprayed it with PPG's epoxy primer DP90LF. Before I install the vinyl top, is it necessary to seal the DP90LF?

I've gotten conflicting information on whether to seal or not to seal...

DP does not need to be sealed before painting the top coat. In fact DP can be reduced and used as a sealer.
